Your Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Execution

Develop and maintain social media across all the Ruckus Composite’s channels
Develop content that is both educational and engaging
Organize and maintain publication calendars
Assess performance data and continuously refine

Research

Science!
Follow and investigate industry trends
Uncover how things work
In house experiments, let’s develop testing information
Collaborate with third party testing facilities and Universities

Writing

Publishing content on RuckusComp.com
Social Media
Newsletter Development
Educational bulletins for bike professionals

Project Management

Stay on top of everything
Weekly progress updates
Work within our project management systems

Requirements

You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
You have experience in photography for digital media
You are strong in developing and executing social media campaigns
You can analyze information from different sources and translate it it
You are skilled in office applications (docs, spreadsheet, etc); HTML and/or familiarity with Adobe software
You have a proven independent approach to meeting deadlines
You are committed to continuous improvement and personal growth
You can balance multiple projects at a time
You are enthusiastic, creativite, flexible and positive
You love science
You love bikes

Pay & Hours

$20-25 Per Hour
32 Hours Per Week
80 hours of Accrued Paid Time Off during your first year of employment
6 paid holidays per year
5 Paid Sick Days Off
