The times are indeed changing around Ruckus, most notably, we keep on growing…thanks to you, dear customer. Each step around here truly is an absolute test, be that in the repair area, in the paint booth, or by growing and hiring. And honestly, we could not be doing this without your absolute trust in us! In accordance with our continuing mission (to boldly repair what no one has before), we’ve brought on four new staff members, two full-time and two part-time; we’re ramping up repair production and continuing in our legendary customer service.

We’ve brought in a sales/acquisition leader, an internal customer/service specialist, another shophand, and a graphic design intern. Needless to say, we’re completely thrilled on all of them and can’t wait for you to see their work. Never before has Ruckus been this size, this dialed, or plainly, this excited to be repairing bikes and implementing new technology along with that process. Slowly but surely, we’re going to be rolling out some amazing content this summer, so keep your eyes peeled. Furthermore, we’re fully undertaking our commitment to ultrasound technology in order to bring you the most accurate and safest repairs in the nation. Growth and change can be difficult, but we know we have the team to face any challenges we encounter. Right now at Ruckus Composites it really feels like we’ve found the right stuff. We plan on keeping it that way.
