Repair Assistant – Composite’s Department
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Assist with in/out-bound shipments
- Learn about carbon fiber and composite materials
- Learn the art and science of composite damage removal per Ruckus Comp Process Manuals
- Learn the art and science of structural composite repair per Ruckus Comp Process Manuals
- Learn the art of finishing and detailing
- Adhere to Ruckus QC process and procedures
- Assist with inventory of department
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to help out whenever necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be detail oriented, creative and enthusiastic
- A passion for bicycles
- Aptitude for technical problem solving
- Take great pride in your technical craftsmanship
- The ability to stay organized under the pressure of tight deadlines
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines developed by Ruckus Composites
- Maintain a professional image
- Be dependable and reliable
- Have an appreciation for constructive feedback and learning
- An ability to collaborate creatively with clients
- Positive attitude
- Communicate professionally and in a timely manner with team members
- Commitment to personal growth and development
SCHEDULE
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
